乙烯装置碳二加氢反应器切换技术优化

摘要 介绍了乙烯装置碳二加氢切换时出现漏炔、乙烯精馏塔塔压高和反应器床层温度"尾烧"等情况。结合出现上述问题的原因分析,找出了温度调节滞后、氢气未充分反应和氢炔比调整滞后等影响因素,并提出了改进切换流程,优化操作参数等对策措施,首次实现碳二加氢反应器的无扰动切换。 This paper introduces the problems emerged during the switching of acetylene converter in ethylene plant including the acetylene leakage at reactor outlet,the pressure rise in ethylene rectification tower and the sharp rise in temperature at the final temperature point in reactor bed. Based on the cause analysis of these problems, some influence factors such as temperature adjustment lag,insufficient reaction with hydrogen and hydrogen to acetylene ratio adjustment lag are found out and some countermeasures such as improving the switching process and optimizing the operation parameters are proposed,thus achieving the non-disturbance switching of acetylene converter for the first time.
