连铸机动态辊缝及压下对板坯顺行和质量的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 重钢股份公司一炼钢厂的3台大型板坯连铸机,分别采用了3个厂家的末端动态压下系统,生产内部裂纹敏感性极强的包晶钢和坯壳易鼓肚的低碳低硅钢,2009年底投产一段时间后,相继采用了动态辊缝轻压下技术,基本保持了连铸机精度稳定,铸坯内部质量正常和行走顺利,也存在压下不当导致的铸坯质量不达标和铸坯行走异常的情况,分析这方面存在的问题,有利于今后升级改进时克服不足,更好地满足生产需要。 3 sets of large slab continuous casting machine in a steelmaking plant of Chongqing Iron Steel Co. Ltd,the end of the three manufacturers of dynamic pressure system,low carbon low silicon steel production in the crack sensitive steel and billet shell to bulge,start by the end of 2009 after a period of time,have adopted the dynamic roll gap light pressure under the basic technology,keep caster accuracy stability,internal quality of slab and normal walking smoothly,there is pressure caused by the improper casting quality standards and billet walking abnormalities,analysis of the existing problems is conducive to future upgrade to improve to overcome shortcomings,to better meet the needs of production.
