摘要
目的了解怀柔区托幼机构消毒卫生工作质量,分析存在的问题,为做好托幼机构传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场随机抽样,对托幼机构室内空气、物体表面、餐饮具、保育员及炊管人员手、紫外线灯、消毒剂进行检测,对托幼机构消毒与灭菌效果监测结果进行统计学分析。结果 2014年检测样品366份,合格率为96.45%;2015年检测样品400份,合格率为98.75%,与2014年存在差异(χ2=4.413,P<0.05)。两年内共检测物体表面样品146份,合格率98.6%;餐饮具226份,合格率98.7%;保育员及炊管人员手104份,合格率88.5%;室内空气79份,合格率97.5%;紫外线消毒灯123份,合格率100%;消毒剂4份,合格率100%。2014、2015年保育员及炊管人员手合格率差异明显(χ2=7.141,P<0.05)。2014年公立托幼机构与私立托幼机构之间合格率差异明显(χ2=4.105,P<0.05)。结论 2015年怀柔区托幼机构消毒工作质量总体好于2014年,公立托幼机构消毒工作略好于私立托幼机构,但仍需要加强消毒监测和管理,提高托幼机构的消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection work quality of childcare facilities in huairou district,so as to find out the existing problems for providing a scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods Random sampling method was adopted for childcare facilities to detect disinfection and sterilization effect of indoor air,surfaces,tableware,and nursing or cooking personnel hand,UV lamp,and disinfectants; the monitoring results of childcare facilities were statistically analyzed. Results Among 366 samples in 2014,the pass rate was 96. 45% and the pass rate of 400 samples in 2015 was 98. 75%. The pass rates of samples in 2014 and 2015 had significant difference（ χ2= 4. 413,P〈 0. 05）.The average pass rate of 146 object surfaces was 98. 6%; that of table wares,nurse and cooking staff hand,indoor air,ultraviolet lamp and disinfectants was 98. 7%,88. 5%,97. 5%,100% and 100% respectively. In 2014 and 2015,the pass rates of hands of the nurse and cooking staff hands had significant difference（ χ2= 7. 141,P〈 0. 05）; the pass rates of samples from public childcare facilities and private childcare facilities had significant difference（ χ2= 4. 105,P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion The disinfection work quality of Huairou district childcare facilities is on the rise and that in public childcare facilities is slightly better than that in private nursery. The weak links that exist in the disinfection work are needed to be found so as to put forward rectification measures and strengthen the monitoring and management of disinfection work. Thus,further improvement of the quality of disinfection in childcare facilities is necessary to ensure children＇s health.
