摘要
以用于大采高综采工作面两顺槽巷道超前支护的ZZ20000/22/44D型大工作阻力垛式支架为研究对象,运用Solidworks软件对其进行三维模型建立,并导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,进行合理简化后构建垛式超前支架的有限元模型,定义接触与边界条件。采用内加载方式对支架在顶梁偏载、底座两端集中载荷以及顶梁扭转、底座偏载2种较恶劣的工况下的受力状态进行整架有限元模拟分析。
The ZZ20000/22/44D type large working resistance stack support used for the advanced support of two roadway in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height is taken as the research object, and use the 3D models of Solidworks software and ANSYS Workbench software to build the finite element model of pile type foresupport simplified, and define the contact and boundary conditions. Use internal loading method to take the finite element simulation analysis of the hydraulic support frame at the top of the beam eccentric load, both ends of the bridge under the concentrated load and the top of the beam, the base of the two eccentric load conditions.
