摘要
利用离散单元法软件分别对单腔体磨机和双腔体磨机中介质球的运动情况进行了模拟,对比分析了2种磨机内介质球的速度分布以及能量耗散。分析表明:磨机内介质球之间存在速度梯度,双腔体磨机速度梯度较大,更加有利于磨矿;双腔体磨机轴向速度范围也较大,有利于介质球的循环运动。
Discrete element method (DEM) was applied to simulate the movement of media balls in a single-chamber mill and a double-chamber mill respectively, velocity of the media balls and energy dissipation of the system were analyzed comparatively. Analysis results showed: a velocity gradient exists between annular layers of balls, the velocity gradient in double-chamber mill is larger which is better for grinding effect, the range of axial velocity in double-chamber is also larger than that in single-chamber mill, so the media balls circulate more fully.
