白芷的产地盐腌干燥技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的采用盐腌干燥技术,使新鲜的白芷在产地快速干燥,避免腐烂和霉变,获得白芷药材。方法白芷新鲜的根,除去泥土,逐层平铺于容器中,撒上盐粒,腌制4~10 d,清水脱盐,置于阴凉通风处晾干,即可获得适宜储藏的白芷药材。结果采用盐腌制法加工的白芷,达到中国药典对白芷的质量要求,符合盐渍品中亚硝酸盐的限量指标。结论在产地采用盐腌法干燥后的白芷,在简易仓库中储藏2年后未见变质现象,为中药白芷的产地加工提供了一条新的技术。 Objective To develop a salt processing and drying technology to obtain an original medicinal material of angelicae dahuricae radix, to dry quickly and avoid decaying of fresh roots of angelica dahurica (Fisch. ex Hoffm.) Benth. et Hook.f. Methods The fresh roots of angelicae dahuricae were picked up, the soil removed, placed in a container layer by layer, sprinkled with salt, and salted for 4 to 10 days. Then desalted with water, put in a cool and ventilated place, and original medicinal material of angelicae dahuricae radix was obtained. Results The product of angelicae dahuricae radix met the quality requirements of angelicae dahuricae radix in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China and the limited amount of nitrite in salted and preserved products. Conclusion The salted and dried angelicae dahuricae radix does not show any deterioration of quality after storage in a simple warehouse for 2 years, which provides a new technology for processing of angelicae dahuricae radix in the original area.
