摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定22批密脉鹅掌柴中重金属及有害元素(Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu、Cr、Ni、Se、Mo)含量。方法样品经过微波消解,用ICP-MS测定其元素含量。结果各元素标准曲线的相关系数为0.9984~1.0000,进样量在0~1.0μg·m L-1与峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率均在80%~120%。结论本法具有快速准确、灵敏度高等优点,为其质量控制标准的制定提供了依据。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS method to determine heavy metals and harmful elements (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu, Cr, Ni, Se, and Mo) in 22 batches of Schefflera venulosa. Methods The sample was digested by microwave, and the content of the elements was determined by ICP-MS. Results The correlation coefficients of standard curves of each element ranged from 0.9984 - 1.0000, which showed a good linear relationship at 0 - 1.0 μg mL - 1, and the recovery was 80% -- 120%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, which provides a basis for the quality control standard.
