摘要
文章从韩国商业扶助养老相关产业、加拿大商业扶助该领域相关产业等方面,体制机制具体化、明确相关单位的职责、完善该领域商业组织体系、对全面的服务进行规范、推行多元化的融资等方面,概述了发达国家商业扶助养老领域相关产业及其对国内的重要启示,从健全该领域的商业组织体系、对配套政策保障予以强化等方面,提出了健全商业扶助养老领域相关产业优化升级的建议。
From the experience of financial and business support on pension related industries of Korea and Canada, as well as the aspects of system specific, clear responsibilities of relevant units, improve the business organization system, regulate the field of comprehensive services, the implementation of diversified fmancing, this paper summarizes the commercial support on pension related industries in developed countries and its important enlightenment to China. Suggestions from the field of business organization system, the supporting policies to strengthen the security and other aspects for improving the financial support on pension related industrial upgrading are put forward.
