摘要
电动汽车充放电站的功率在电力系统中占有的比重逐渐增大,其站内故障特性与保护控制策略对充放电站及其所在配电网的安全运行十分重要。针对典型直流充放电站,首先介绍了其拓扑结构及AC/DC换流器和DC/DC变换器的结构与控制策略。然后深入分析研究站内发生交流进线三相短路和直流极间短路故障时的动态过程,总结其故障特征并推导出故障电压电流的计算方法。同时在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建相应仿真模型,验证了分析的正确性。最后对充放电站进行了保护配置分析。
As the power proportion of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging and discharging station is gradually increasing in power system, the fault characteristics and protection configuration of EV charging and discharging station become more important to the safety of power grid and the station. Firstly, based on typical DC charging and discharging station, the station typology structure and the structure and control strategy of AC/DC converter and DC/DC converter are introduced, then the dynamic process of three-phase and inter-electrode short-circuit faults in the station is analyzed intensively, their main features are given, and the method of calculating fault voltages and currents is also discussed. The simulation model established in PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the correctness of the analysis. Finally, the protection setting of the charging and discharging station is analyzed.
