三种因素交互作用对镁合金变形行为的影响

摘要 通过室温单轴拉伸及双轴拉伸实验研究了不同应力状态下加载速率对镁合金板材断裂伸长率及成形性能的影响。通过增加200℃下双轴拉伸实验研究了不同温度与加载速率下镁合金板材成形性能的差异。分析了温度、加载速率及应力状态之间的交互作用对镁合金成形性能的影响。结果表明:加载速率对镁合金塑性变形能力的提升在平面应力状态下较在单轴拉伸状态下明显提高;温度与加载速率对镁合金成形性能影响的交互作用在室温与200℃下相差较大。相对于单轴拉伸应力状态,平面应力状态两个方向上同时存在的主应力能减弱镁合金板材变形时的应力集中,提高了镁合金的断裂强度。 The influences of loading rate on the ductility and the formability of magnesium alloys in different stress stateswere studied by uniaxial tension tests and biaxial tension tests at room temperature. The changes of the formability in differenttemperatures and different loading rates were studied by setting biaxial tension tests at 200 ℃. The influences of theinteraction of temperature, loading rate and stress state on the formability of magnesium alloy were analyzed. The results showthat the promotion of the loading rate on the deformability of magnesium alloy in biaxial stress state is quite higher than that inuniaxial stress state. The difference of the interaction of temperature and loading rate at room temperature and 200 ℃ isbigger. In comparison to the uniaxial tension stress test, the main stresses in two directions in biaxial tension state can weakenthe stress concentration caused by the deformation of the Mg alloy plate, which can increase the breaking strength of Mg alloy.
