摘要
搅拌摩擦焊设备是实现搅拌摩擦焊过程的前提和基础,搅拌摩擦焊技术的进步需要新型搅拌摩擦焊设备的支持。对搅拌摩擦焊设备和控制系统进行了介绍,对比分析了传统设备改造的搅拌摩擦焊机、搅拌摩擦焊专机以及工业机器人在刚性、柔性、成本等方面的特点。目前,由传统设备改造的搅拌摩擦焊机和搅拌摩擦焊专机仍然是搅拌摩擦焊生产的优选设备,其在刚性方面的优势为得到高质量的焊接接头奠定了基础。利用工业机器人进行搅拌摩擦焊具有很好的前景。焊接载荷控制系统一定程度上弥补了工业机器人刚性不足的缺点,大大扩展了该类设备的应用领域。
Friction stir welding equipment is the premise and foundation of friction stir welding (FSW) process, and the progress of friction stir welding technology needs the support of new type FSW equipment. The FSW equipment and its control system were introduced, and the characteristics such as rigidity, flexibility and cost of the FSW equipment modified by traditional equipment, special FSW machine and industrial robot were analyzed and compared. At present, the FSW machine modified by traditional equipment and special FSW machine are still the preferred equipment for friction stir welding, and their advantages in rigidity provide the basis for obtaining high quality welded joints. The use of industrial robots for friction stir welding has a promising future. The welding load control system can make up for the shortage of rigidity of industrial robot in a certain extent and greatly expand the application field of this kind of equipment.
