摘要
弹簧的失效模式主要有断裂(折断)、变形(永久应变)和损耗(腐蚀、磨损等),运用扫描电镜观察和能谱检测等手段对55Si Cr弹簧钢丝Nakamura旋转弯曲疲劳断口进行分析。结果表明:钢丝近表面90μm左右大尺寸夹杂物是导致弹簧疲劳断裂的直接原因,该夹杂物主要成分为94.5Zr O_2-5Ca O(wt%),属于连铸过程中典型的外来宏观夹杂物。因此,在炼钢过程中应严格控制耐材质量,防止由其带入钢水中的外来宏观夹杂物影响钢材质量。
The failure modes of the spring are mainly break, deformation (permanent strain) and loss (corrosion, wear). SEM observation and EDS testing were used to analyze the Nakamura rotary bending fatigue fracture of spring steel wire. The results show that the inclusion near the surface of the spring wire whose size is about 90 μm is the direct cause of fracture. The composition of the inclusion is mainly 94.5ZrO2-5CaO (wt%), which is typically external inclusion in the continous casting process. Hence, measures should be taken to control the quality of refractories to prevent the contamination of external inclusions which affects the quality of the steel.
