摘要
通过对湖北省南水北调中线工程农村外迁水库移民的同期群研究,发现移民适应是一个缓慢且不同步的过程,文化适应相对最快,其次是社会适应,心理适应最慢。移民适应还具有层次性的特征,文化适应处于适应的第一层次,是适应的基础环节,对社会适应、心理适应具有显著影响;社会适应处于第二层次,是适应的关键环节,并直接影响第三层次心理适应的实现。针对适应的非同步性和层次性特征,移民政策设计应在迁移的不同阶段采取不同策略。
Based on the cohort study on the reservoir Immigrant of the South - to - North Water Transfer Midline project in Hubei Province,we found that immigration adaptation is a slow and asynchronous process, and cultural adaptation is the fastest, followed by social adaptation, and psychological adaptation is the slowest. Immigrant adaptation also has the characteristics of hierarchy, Cultural adaptation is at the first level and the basis for adaptation, and has significant influence on social adaptation and psychological adaptation. Social adaptation is at the second level and the key to adaptation, and directly affect the realization of psychological adaptation which is at the third level. For the unsynchronized and hierarchical natures of adaptation,immigration policy design should adopt different strategies at different stages of migration.
