摘要
基于微观调研数据,以员工工作价值观实现度为调节变量,采用层次回归方法,研究了领导风格满意度对员工组织公民行为的影响,结果表明:领导风格满意度对员工组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,且工作价值观实现度在领导风格满意度和员工组织公民行为之间起显著的调节作用。基于以上研究结论,提出激发员工组织公民行为的对策建议。
Based on microscopic survey data,adopting realization degree of work value as moderating variable,this paper,with hierarchical regression,studies the influence of the employee’s satisfaction degree with leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior.The study indicates that:leadership style satisfaction has a significant positive effects on employee organizational citizenship behavior; realization degree of work value plays a significant role in moderating the relationship of employees’ satisfaction degree with leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior.
