摘要 目前大功率LED照明灯具的驱动电源主要使用集成电路作为电源驱动芯片,其扩展性能差、功能少。针对这些问题,作者基于STM32开发了一种多功能LED驱动电源,通过编程可以实现无级调光与自动温控散热两个扩展功能。测试结果表明:在额定电压为30 V、额定电流为3.3 A的负载下,输入电压从90 V^264 V变化时,驱动电源输出电压的波动范围为±1.5 V,而输出电流波动范围为±0.11 A,恒流特性较好,驱动电源的功率因数均值在0.95以上。 At present,most power drivers for high-power LED lighting take integrated circuit chips as the control chip.However,the commercial integrated circuit boards are hard to extend for additional function.In view of the shortages,a kind of power driver for high-power LED lighting based on STM32 has been designed,which is easy to extend its function.Unlimited dimming and cooling temperature control function for the LED driver had been realized independently by programming.The experimental results showed that under rated load with 30 V and 3.3 A,when the input voltage ranged from 90 V to 264 V,the LED driver had good constant current characteristic by keeping the output voltage fluctuating in 1.5 V and output current fluctuating in 0.11 A.The average power factor of the LED driver is above 0.95.
