摘要
通过对6005A-T6铝合金型材分别进行搅拌摩擦焊及MIG焊,制备出两种不同焊接方法下的应力腐蚀敏感性试样,比较分别暴露到试验环境中和惰性环境中的相同试样来评定应力腐蚀破裂的敏感性。若比值偏离越远,则开裂敏感性越高。结果表明:搅拌摩擦焊应力腐蚀敏感系数与MIG焊存在显微差别,系数分别为0.956,0.963,且二者均未在3.5%NaCl溶液中表现出应力腐蚀倾向;通过微观断口SEM分析可知,两种接头在惰性环境和腐蚀环境中断口SEM形貌上未发现脆性断裂特征,断口形貌以塑性断裂形成的韧窝为主。
In this paper,specimens of stress corrosion susceptibility under different welding processes were prepared by friction stir wehting and MIG welding,on 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy profiles environment,The method of comparison was used to assess the respectively and exposed to the same test environment and inert susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking. The farther ttle ratio deviates,the higher the susceptibility to cracking. It was shown that there was a slight difference between the stress corrosion susceptibility of friction stir welding and that of MIG welding,the values were 0.956 and 0.963,respectively,and neither of them showed stress corrosion tendency in 3.5% NaCI solution. It would be seen that there was no brittle fracture characters on the SEM images of the two kinds of joints in the inert environment and the corrosive environment. The fracture morphology was dominated by dimples formed by plastic fracture.
