构架横梁J型坡口单面焊双面成形工艺

摘要 结合构架横梁产品结构特点,分析构架横梁中J型坡口单面焊双面成形焊缝的工艺难点,通过分析论证和试验验证,最终确立MAG击穿焊法,由左向右施焊,借助变位机保证PC位置连续一次性完成焊接,实现单面焊双面成形,既保证焊缝质量又提高了生产效率,达到较为满意的结果。 The technical difficuhies of welding by one side of J groove welding in frame beams are analyzed. Aceording to the results obtaim'd by a lot of the experiments,the MAG breakdown welding method is adopted. The welding is proceeded from left to right,and the positioner is employed in order to achieve a one-time welding at the PC position. The resuh is that a satisfactory process of wehting by one side is obtained, which is important to ensure the weld quality and improve the produce efficiency.
