摘要
激光焊接功率、离焦量是影响激光焊接质量的重要参数,为研究这几种焊接参数对部分熔透激光搭接焊缝成形及拉伸强度的影响,分别进行不同激光功率、离焦量的激光焊接试验,对比分析不同激光参数下,焊缝尺寸及宏观形貌与拉伸强度的变化规律。试验结果表明:随着激光功率的变化,焊缝熔深、熔宽均会发生变化,熔深对焊接参数的变化更加敏感,在一定范围内熔宽随参数的变化不大;随着离焦量由正变负,熔宽与熔深呈相似的变化趋势,激光焦点位于试板表面以下有利于获得更大熔深的焊缝;部分熔透激光焊缝当母材搭接表面位于熔宽稳定区间时,静拉伸强度主要由熔宽决定,并与熔宽呈正比例关系,与熔深关系不大。
Laser power and focus distance are important parameters that can influence the laser welding quality,for researching the influence of these parameters on stainless steel laser welding line properties,in this paper a laser welding system is established to do welding test with different laser power and focus distance, the changing of welding line and tensile strength arc contrasted. The results indicated the width and penetration of welding line will change using different laser power. The penetration would be much more sensitive and the width would change little. With the change of focus distance, the width and penetration had the same variation trend. And we would get much bigger penetration when using a much lower laser focus position. To part-penetration laser welding line,the tensile strength and width had positive correlation and had less relationship with the penetration.
