摘要
镉离子在水稻体内的代谢是一个涉及到吸收、运输和积累三个基本环节的复杂生物学过程;水稻植株在遭受镉离子侵入后将从细胞学、酶学和基因表达与调控等层面启动一系列应答和阻滞镉积累的相关机制,以试图维持机体正常的生命活动。本综述首先简要概述了水稻响应镉离子胁迫机理机制;在此基础上,较系统地总结了编码自然抗性相关巨噬细胞蛋白、重金属ATP酶、铁转运调控蛋白和金属耐受蛋白等镉离子代谢的有关功能基因及其具体的调控作用;最后,指出了镉代谢研究领域中所存在的问题及其发展方向。本综述将为低镉水稻品种的定向培育提供有益的线索和启示。
The metabolism of cadmium in rice is a complex biological process involving three linked basic steps:absorption, transportation and accumulation. After the cadmium intrusion, rice plants will initiate a series of mechanisms related to the response and accumulation of cadmium, such as cytology, enzymology and gene expression and regulation, in an attempt to maintain normal life activities of the organism. In this paper, we first briefly summarized the mechanism of rice response to cadmium stress. Based on this, we systematically summarized functional genes related to cadmium ion metabolism, such as encoding natural resistance related macrophage proteins, heavy metal ATP enzymes, iron transport regulatory proteins, and metal tolerance proteins,and their specific regulatory roles. Finally, we pointed out the current problems and the development trend in the field of cadmium metabolism. This paper could provide beneficial clues and enlightenment for directional breeding of low cadmium rice varieties.
