摘要
随着国家"一带一路"战略的推进,越来越多的中国企业走出国门,开拓海外基建市场,但在项目的实施中,出现无法利用外方依据欧美标准提交的勘察成果,而依据中国标准提交的资料又得不到外方认可,使得项目工期与成本风险难以控制。因此,本文针对中美欧岩土工程土质分类规范开展研究,提出了土的分类标准模型转换思路,开发出集信息配置、导入、计算、转换、导出等程序模块。用户采用我国现有的作业模式,通过操作人—机交互友好型菜单界面,软件智能化完成国标与美欧标准之间土的工程分类标准转换,从而突破中外标准差异所构成的障碍,推动岩土工程"中国标准"的国际化进程。
With the national strategy of "One Belt and One Road " being promoted,more and more Chinese enterprises are going abroad and developing overseas infrastructure market. But during the project implementation,the investigation results cannot be submitted in accordance with Eurocode or ASTM standards,and the results referred to Chinese standards may not accepted by the foreign parties,so that it is difficult to control the project duration and cost risk. The study on the soil classification according to the Chinese,ASTM and EN standards is carried out. The converting method of soil classification system is proposed and a program module including information configuration,import,calculation,conversion and export is developed. Operating according to the current Chinese standard,inputting the data through the man-machine friendly interactive menu interface, the soil classification system could be transformed automatically between Chinese standard,ASTM and EN standard by the software. The problems incurred by the differences between Chinese and foreign standards are solved so as to promote the internationalization process of Chinese geotechnical standard.
