摘要
目的了解甲基苯丙胺成瘾患者的临床特征。方法使用自制调查表,了解患者一般资料及临床资料,使用SPSS 21.0对结果进行统计分析。结果在58例患者中,女性占比例为10.3%,无业患者为58.6%,平均使用年限为(6.9±6.0)年,合并使用其他毒品或成瘾性药物的为62.1%,临床表现为幻觉和/或妄想等精神病性症状的为84.5%。结论甲基苯丙胺成瘾患者女性占一定比例,常见无业,多为慢性长期使用,常合并使用其他毒品或成瘾性药物,幻觉和/或妄想等精神病性症状为主要临床表现。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with methamphetamine dependence.Methods Clinical data were collected with self-made questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS 21. 0. Results Among 58 patients,10.3% were female. 58.6% of the patients were jobless. They had used the methamphetamine for 6.9 ± 6. 0 years when they admitted hospital. 62. 1% patients abused other drugs at the same time. 84. 5%patients had hallucinations and/or delusions. Conclusions Women account for a certain proportion in patients with methamphetamine addiction,Most of them were jobless. Methamphetamine addicts will use methamphetamine for a long time,and most of them abuse other drugs at the same time. Hallucinations and/or delusions are main clinical manifestations.
