摘要
目的研究体能训练对高性能战斗机飞行员+G_Z耐力的影响。方法通过对114例高性能战斗机飞行员进行问卷调查和问询记录,将每周≥3次体能训练的飞行员50例纳入高体能训练组,每周<3次体能训练的飞行员64例纳入低体能训练组。比较两组左、右腿蹬力和离心机训练+6G_Z10s、+7G_Z10s、+8G_Z10s和+9G_Z10s的通过率。结果两组飞行员的年龄、身高、体质量、体质指数和飞行总时间上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。高体能训练组左、右腿蹬力均显著高于低体能训练组(P均<0.01);在行+6G_Z和+7G_Z离心机训练后,两组通过率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);当载荷升至+8G_Z和+9G_Z时,高体能训练组的通过率明显高于低体能训练组(P<0.05或0.01);低体能训练组飞行员在训练中易出现颈椎和腰椎损伤。结论体能训练特别是无氧训练可提高肌肉力量,显著提升飞行员抗载荷能力。因此,建议空军三级航空医学鉴定训练体系加强对高性能战斗机飞行员体能训练的教育指导和监督工作。
Objective To observe the effect of physical training on +GZ endurance in high-performance fighter pilots.Methods A total of 114 high-performance fighter pilots were enrolled in this study and divided into high physical training group(n=50)and low physical training group(n=64)by physical training situation(≥3 times a week or〈3 times a week)through questionnaires and inquiry records.Leg force and pass rate of+6 GZ 10 s,+7 GZ 10 s,+8 GZ 10 sand+9 GZ 10 sendurance training were observed.Results There were no significant differences in age,height,weight,body mass index and total flight time between two groups(P〉0.05).Leg force in high physical training group was significantly higher than that in low physical training group(P〈0.01).The differences were not significant in the pass rates of+6 GZ and +7 GZ endurance training between two groups(P〉0.05).The pass rates of high physical training group were significantly higher than those of low physical training group in +8 GZ and +9 GZ endurance training(P〈0.05 or 0.01).The cervical and lumbar spine injuries were observed in low physical training group.Conclusion As physical training,especially anaerobic training,can improve muscle strength and anti-load ability.It suggests that aviation medical identification training three-level system strengthens education guidance and supervision on physical training of high-performance fighter pilots.
