摘要
[目的]为有效减轻异地引种驯化独龙牛而引起的严重应激反应,减少发病与死亡。[方法]针对应激发生原因,尽量减少或避免引进牛只在购牛、运输和驯养过程中不良因素的刺激,选择健康的牛只是关键,做好运输途中的各项应急措施,到场后尽量为其提供与产地相似的环境和饲草饲料,及时对发病牛只进行护理和治疗。[结果]通过上述系列技术措施的应用,有效减轻了引进独龙牛的应激反应,从怒江流域引种25头独龙牛,无一死亡。[结论]独龙牛引种很成功。
[Objective]The aim of this paper was to relieve the severe stress response leading to sick and death during ex situ introduction and domestication in Dulong cattle (gayal, Bos frontalis). [Method]Con sidering the occurrence of stress, it was suggested that the corresponding technical measures were taken to reduce the stimulations from adverse factors in the process of purchasing cattle, transportation and domes- tication. It was of importance to select healthy cattle and to prepare for emergencies when transporting, similar living environment and forage grass supplied for Dulong cattle, as well as nursing and medical treatments for sick cattle in time. [Results]After the combination of above technical measures, stress re- sponse could significantly be alleviated during the process of introduction in Dulong cattle from Nujiang river basin, without death. [Conclusion]Dulong cattle's introduction is very successful.
