通过实时监测转子在轴承中的位置,可以发现轴承磨损和轴系对中情况以及动静碰摩的可能性,还可以指导阀序调整和防止断油烧瓦等,为振动故障诊断和机组安全运行提供了重要依据。
By monitoring the position of the rotor in the bearing in real time, it is possible to find the bearing wear, shaft misalignment and rotor-to-stator rubbing. It can also guide the valve sequence adjustment and prevent the burned bearing and so on. It provides an importmt basis for vibration fault diagnosis and safe operation.
