摘要
以就业为导向,将大学生就业指导、高校专业建设与毕业生职业发展有机结合,构建高职毕业生职业信息库,对高职院校就业工作的顺利开展有着重要的研究意义。信息库建设要遵循准确性、真实性、全面性、针对性、时效性和连续性等原则进行。借助互联网平台,把相关数据信息通过视频的形式展现出来,能够增强职业信息传播的有效性,扩展高职院校学生获取职业信息的渠道,促进大学生职业生涯教育和就业服务的创新。
Based on employment-orientation, combining the college student employment guidance, college specialty construction with graduate career development to construct higher vocational graduate career information base plays an important research role in higher vocational college employment work. To construct the information base should follow rules of accuracy, truth, comprehensiveness, pertinence, effectiveness and consistency. With the help of Internet to show the relevant data by video can strengthen the vocational information effectiveness, get more career information and promote the college student career education and employment service innovation.
