摘要
被动采样技术不需要任何外力,具有操作简单、安全可靠等特点,在环境领域表现出良好的应用前景.本文回顾了水体被动采样技术的发展历程,简要介绍了被动采样技术定量方法,介绍并讨论了典型无机、有机水体被动采样装置特点、应用和发展趋势.其中,沉积物-水界面有机污染物被动采样以及水体无机/有机污染物被动采样是近些年被动采样技术的重要发展方向.最后,对水体被动采样技术在构型设计、应用范围、理论推进、与生物分析结合以及方法标准化方面的发展前景进行了展望.
Due to its advantages of easy handling and reliability,passive sampling technique( PST)has been widely used in environmental monitoring. This article reviews the development history of PST,and briefly introduces the methodology of monitoring pollutants in water environment using this technique. We introduce the features and applications of some typical passive samplers for measuring inorganic and/or organic pollutants. The development of passive samplers for monitoring the organic pollutants across the sediment-water interface,and those for simultaneously acquiring inorganic and organic pollutants in waters have drawn great attention in recent years. The theory, design,configuration, application, integrated analysis with biomonitoring, and methodological standardization for future development of PST are also proposed in this review.
