PDLLA-g-NVP纤维膜材料的体外降解性能研究 被引量:2

Study on the in vitro degradation of PDLLA-g-NVP fiber film

摘要 利用辐射接枝技术制得聚乳酸(消旋,PDLLA)接枝N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)(PDLLA-g-NVP)材料,并通过静电纺丝制备改性纤维膜,并对PDLLA-g-NVP进行了测试。研究结果表明:10%接枝率的PDLLA-g-NVP在降解90d时,纤维表面呈蜂窝状,纤维出现断裂,具有较好的亲水性,膜纤维平均直径为1.270μm,失重率为41.2%,在临床医疗领域具有较好的应用前景。 Poly(lactic acid)grafting N-vinyl pyrrolidone(PDLLA-g-NVP)were prepared by gamma irradiation and electrospinning technology.The degradation behavior of PDLLA-g-NVP was studied in phosphate-buffered saline(PBS,pH 7 4±0 1)at 37℃.A series of analyses and characterizations(including morphologic changes,loss weight,DSC,FT-IR-ATR and 1 H-NMR)were conducted to the nanofibrous film after degradation and the results showed that the addition of NVP increased the degradation rate of PDLLA-g-NVP fiber film.SEM photos showed that the surface of grafting film with 10% and 15% grafting ratio were compact and no hole,and the fibers' surfaces appeared a large number of cellular structures and turned to break after 90 days degradation.The average diameter of fiber was1.270μm,and the mass lose was 41.2%.This method broaden the application fields of material and showed the promising in clinical areas.
