摘要
对红色稀土荧光材料的制备及应用进行了研究。发现荧光材料的相对荧光亮度和产率受掺杂浓度、搅拌速率、pH和反应温度的影响。当掺杂浓度为n(Eu^(3+))∶n(Tb^(3+))=10∶1(质量比),搅拌速率为240r/min,pH=7,反应温度为35℃时,红色稀土荧光材料的产率较高,相对荧光亮度最好。此外,还提供了一种红色纳米荧光打印墨水的制备方法及主要物化性能参数,并展示了其打印后的效果。
The preparation and application of red rare earth fluorescent material were studied.It is found that the relative fluorescence intensity and yield of material were affected by the doping concentration,stirring rate,pH and reaction temperature.The yield was relatively high and relative fluorescence intensity was best when n(Eu(3+))∶n(Tb(3+))=10∶1,stirring speed was 240 r/min,pH =7,reaction temperature was 35℃.In addition,it was also provided that a preparation method and the main physical and chemical performance parameters of a red nanometer fluorescent printing ink,and showed its effect when the ink was printed.
