摘要
正如党的十九大报告所讲,全面从严治党依然任重道远,党的自身建设中许多深层次的问题还没有得到根本性解决,其中形式主义和官僚主义在我们工作的很多方面依然明显存在。形式主义官僚主义存在着贻误工作、疏离党群干群关系、败坏党风和社会风气、腐化干部、劳民伤财、形成腐败的土壤等危害。其主观根源在于懒政殆政、不敢担当、能力不足、邀功请赏,其客观根源在于体制机制缺陷、社会环境变化、现象的模糊性、工作要求的复杂性。我们必须双管齐下,通过健全完善相关制度;教育广大干部认清形势主义和官僚主义的危害,不断增强工作中的责任感和使命感,来克服形式主义官僚主义。
According to the Report of the Nineteenth Congress of the CPC, the all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct still has a long way to go. Many deep-seated problems about the Party＇s self-improvement have not been fully solved, especially formalism and bureaucracy, which still exist in many aspects of our work. Formalism and bureaucracy delay the work, alienate the Party members and officials from the people, damage Party and social conduct, cause the officials to degenerate, waste both money and manpower, and create the hotbed for corruption. The internal reason is that the government officials are lazy at work, do not dare to take responsibility, be incapable, and work for personal gains; the external reasons are institutional defects, the changes of social environment, the fuzziness in their manifestation, and complexity of work requirements. We must improve the related system, educate the officials about the harm of formalism and bureaucracy, and constantly enhance our sense of responsibility in order to overcome formalism and bureaucracy
