摘要
为探索食用菌栽培废弃物资源的回收利用,以废弃菌袋和鸡粪为基质,按1:1(W/W)充分混匀,添加1%(W/W)的腐熟菌剂初发酵3周后,添加0.5%(W/W)的功能菌剂进行复发酵。结果表明废弃菌袋和鸡粪腐熟充分,其种子发芽指数(GI)符合有机固体废弃物腐熟情况的公认指标。堆肥成品的酸碱度、有机质含量、全氮、全磷、全钾、重金属(总砷,总汞,铅,镉)含量等指标均符合行业标准NY525—2012,可用于农田、果园等作物的肥料,为后续废弃菌袋和鸡粪的资源化利用提供参考。
The purpose of the study was to explore the recycling of edible fungus cultivated waste resources. The matrix which was fully mixed by fungus sacks and chicken manure with ratio of 1:1 (W/W), was added 1% (W/W) decomposing microbial inoculums for early fermentation. After 3 weeks, the matrix was added 0.5% (W/W) functional bacteria agent for re-fermentation. The result showed that the matrix was fully decomposed, and its seed germination index (GI) met the standards of generally accepted indicator for rotten situation of organic solid waste. The composting product could be used for farmland and orchard as crop fertilizer, as its pH, organic matter content, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, heavy metals (total arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium) levels and other indicators were conformed to the industry standard NY525-2012. This research would provide a reference for the resource utilization of subsequent waste fungus sacks and chicken manure.
