摘要
随着标准体系的建立和应用经验的增加,目前国内油气田非金属管道的应用已经基本实现了规范化。但是,由于非金属材料的自身特点,目前尚未开展关于在役管道的现场监检测工作。以玻璃钢管和增强热塑性塑料管为研究对象,从结构相似的角度出发,介绍了风电叶片、海洋柔性立管等其他领域成熟的无损检测和监测技术,探讨了将其应用于在役非金属管道现场监检测的可行性。建议基于现有的超声相控阵和光纤传感技术,研发油气田在役非金属管道的监检测技术。
With the increase of usage experience and the establishment of the standard system, the application of non-metallic pipelines used in domestic oil/gas fields is managed effectively. But, as for the pipes that already served in fields, there is still no non-destructive testing and monitoring technology can be used, because its characters are so different from the traditional steel pipes. It is found that the structures of wind turbine blade and offshore flexible riser are similar to the glass reinforced plastic pipe and reinforced thermoplastic pipe respectively. So the ultrasonic phased array testing and the optical fiber sensing technology, which are maturely used in wind power and off-shore fields, are thought to be available methods for developing the NDT and monitoring technology of non-metallic pipelines.
