摘要
公立医院绩效评价是最重要的医院管理任务之一,是提升医院服务能力、加强行业监管的重要手段。文章综述国内外医院绩效评价现况,针对国内公立医院绩效评价指标体系缺乏可比性、覆盖面窄、评价机制不健全、数据分析不深入等问题,提出加强基于DRGs(疾病诊断相关组)的公立医院绩效评价研究,建立政府主导、社会多元参与的评价机制和评价指标的动态调整机制,健全信息支撑平台,加强数据分析的对策建议。
Performance evaluation is one of the most important tasks of hospital management and an impor-tant means to improve not only the capability of hospital services but also the supervision of the government. This paper reviews the current situation of hospital performance evaluation system both at home and abroad. In order to solve the problems existing in the current hospital performance evaluation system in China, including limited com-parability, low coverage and unsound mechanism, this paper proposes that research on performance evaluation of public hospitals based on DRGs should be strengthened by establishing a dynamic regulation system of government -led and widely engaged evaluation mechanism and index, perfecting information support platform and enhancing data analysis.
