摘要
在对马家沟汇水区分布、排水设施现状、水质监测结果及溢流口分布情况进行调研的基础上,分析归纳马家沟城区段溢流污染较严重问题的成因.根据哈市相关上位规划,结合区域近、远期排水体制确定了马家沟排水系统改造的总体思路;统筹考虑工程投资、实施难度及建设周期等因素,从便于快速缓解溢流污染的角度提出了较详细的近期工程实施方案,包括截流管线建设、增设调蓄池、溢流口整合改造等措施,并对远期后续排水系统的建设和完善提出建议.
On the basis of the investigation and analysis about the current situation of the catchment area and drainage facilities, the water quality monitoring results and the distribu-tion of the overflow outlets of Ma Jia River, this paper analyzed the reason about the serious problem of overflow pollution in Ma Jia River urban section. According to the related plan-ning of Harbin, combining with regional near and long-term drainage system, the general i-dea of the drainage system reform of Ma Jia River was determined; combined with engineer-ing investment, implementation difficulty and construction period and the others, from the perspective of easy to quickly ease the pollution put forward a more detailed recent project, including interception pipeline construction, storage tank construction and the overflow out-lets integration, and made recommendations on the long-term follow-up constructions.
