摘要
编辑是学术期刊编辑实践活动的主体。编辑主体性依赖于编辑积极性、主动性和创造性等功能的发挥,又深刻体现于学术期刊组稿、编审校、作者队伍建设、发展定位、办刊理念、办刊特色等环节和过程。学术期刊质量提升方向和思路必然也只能是实现编辑主体性回归,构建以编辑为核心的期刊管理模式。从组稿、编审校、作者队伍建设、编辑能力转型及评价与考核角度考察,学术期刊组稿要做到责任编辑权责相济且与作者深度互动;编审校要明晰责任编辑责任和操作的规范性;发挥好编辑在推动作者队伍建设中的主体性功能;实现编辑由编辑能力向编辑能力和学术研究能力双向提高转型;坚持遵循学术期刊功能、学术研究本质规律的评价、考核原则。
Editing is the main body of editing activities of academic journals. The editorial subjectivity relies on the exertion of editors＇ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, as well as in the links and processes such as the collection of scholarly journals, the compilation and editing of journals, the construction of the author ＇ s team, the development orientation, the philosophy of running journals and the characteristics of journals. The direction and train of thought of the reform of academic journals must also be the re- alization of the return of editorial subjectivity and the construction of a journals management mode with editors as the core. From the draft, editorial review, the construction of the author team, editorial ability to transform and evaluation and assessment of perspec-tives, academic journals to be responsible for editorial responsibility for each other and the depth of interaction with the author; edi-torial board to clarify the responsibility of editors and the normative operation, to play a good editor in promoting the construction of the author＇s subjective function, to achieve editorial ability to editorial ability and academic research ability to improve both-way transformation, to adhere to the academic journals function and the academic nature of the law of evaluation and assessment princi-ples.
