摘要
在工业生产过程中,控制系统的复杂程度以及人们对工业控制过程的控制精度等指标要求都在不断提高,传统的控制方法已经无法满足复杂工业生产的需求。鲁棒性强、无需创建被控对象数学模型、适用于非线性、纯滞后和时变系统的控制等优点使得模糊控制被普遍应用于工业生产控制过程中。但是模糊控制的稳态精度欠佳,模糊推理规则和隶属函数的选取往往依赖于专家的知识经验能力或技术人员的实际经验,当控制精度要求很高或者动态环境未知的情况下,其控制性能往往达不到很好的效果。因此,在分析了传统模糊控制的原理及应用的基础上,介绍了模糊PID和模糊遗传两种改进的模糊控制方法以及其在工业生产过程中的应用。
In the industrial production process,system complexity and the industrial process control accuracy requirements are constantly increasing,the traditional methods of control are unable to meet the complex needs of industrial production. Without having to establish a controlled object model,applicable to nonlinear and time delay and control advantages of fuzzy control for time-varying systems are widely used in industrial production control process. But poor precision of fuzzy control,fuzzy inference rules and selection of membership functions often rely on the expert knowledge and experience or practical experience of technical personnel,when control precision is high or unknown dynamic environment case,its performance is not up to very good effect. Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the performance characteristics of traditional fuzzy control, two improved fuzzy control methods, fuzzy PID and fuzzygenetic,are introduced,and the application in industrial production process is introduced.
