摘要
介绍了一种低功耗多功能数字温度计的设计方法。采用TI公司的低功耗微控制器MSP430F149作为主控芯片,基于铂电阻测温原理,采用热敏电阻PT100传感器实现温度数据采集,并结合LM358芯片和LCD12864分别实现信号放大和数显功能。给出了各主要部分的硬件电路设计原理图,描述了各个功能的实现方法,并采用多种方法以降低系统的功耗。从系统仿真与硬件调试表明,设计可以实现基于MSP430单片机的较高精度的低功耗数字温度显示与报警功能。
This paper presented the design method of a low power consumption and multifunctional digital thermometer. The low power consumption micro-controller MSP430 F149 from TI is used as the master chip,based on temperature principle of platinum resistance,using the thermistor PT100 sensor to get the data acquisition,the signal amplification and digital display function are carried out by adopting LM358 chip and LCD 12864. The designing principle schematics of main hardware part are given,and described each function,in addition,various measures are taken to low power consumption. The system simulation and hardware debugging show,high-precision low-power digital temperature display and alarm function are realized,based on MSP430.
