摘要
将基于蛋白酶和脂肪酶的复合酶制剂DBR应用于獭兔皮的脱脂软化过程,并辅以表面活性剂,形成酶与表面活性剂的协同体系。本文研究了DBR复合酶的同步脱脂软化工艺,通过对脱脂和软化效果的分析,确定了协同作用体系的最佳工艺条件。与传统酸性酶相比,新工艺省去了单独脱脂操作,缩短工艺流程,并节省盐用量,皮张脱脂率达70%,所鞣制后的獭兔皮皮板柔软且延伸性好。
Multi-enzyme preparations DBR based on protease and lipase was used to the process of the rex rabbit skin. DBR preparation may be formed the synergistic system of enzyme and surfactant by supplemented the surfactant in the bate liquor.In this paper, the performance of synchronous degreasing and bating of the DBR preparations is studied, and the optimum technological conditions of synergistic system are determined by the analysis of degreasing and bating effect.Compared with the traditional acid enzyme, the new process shorten the process,and left out the individual degreasing operation, saved the dosage of salt,the degreasing rate reached 70%.The resultant fur is soft and has well extensibility.
