摘要
建设区域共享型实训基地是服务于区域经济发展需要,促进地方产业转型升级的有效措施,是高校、行业企业、科研机构等协同创新的孕育之地。当前,区域共享型实训基地中普遍存在区域共享型实训基地缺乏、协同创新不够、智力资源整合不够等问题。共建共享,围绕区域主导性产业布局统筹;协同创新,由实训基地、制造基地向创新基地、创业基地转变与融合;形成"人流、物流、财流"——人才互动、资源共享、科技成果转化的良性发展格局是以协同创新为导向的区域共享型实训基地建设的有效措施。
The construction of regional shared training base is an effective measure to serve the needs of regional economic develop- ment and promote transformation and upgrading of local industries. It is also a breeding ground for collaborative innovation of universi- ties, industry and research institutions. At present, there are many problems in the regional shared training base, such as the lack of regional shared training base, lack of cooperative innovation, insufficient integration of intellectual resources and so on. Coordinate a- round regional dominant industry layout, collaborative innovation, from training base and manufacturing base to innovation base, change and merge into entrepreneurial base, form ＂people flow, logistics, financial flow＂ talent interaction, resource sharing, transformation of scientific and technological achievements are effective measures for construction of training base on collaborative sha- ring innovation oriented region.
