摘要
目的探讨油茶皂素镇咳作用的量-效关系。方法使用生物信息采集系统,记录、分析9个油茶皂素剂量组对枸橼酸引起豚鼠咳嗽次数及咳嗽潜伏期的影响,并绘制镇咳量-效曲线,同时经多元线性回归得出油茶皂素镇咳量-效关系方程。结果油茶皂素75,100,175,200 mg·kg^(-1)剂量组均可明显减少豚鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.05),对咳嗽次数影响的量-效关系方程为Y=54.457 6-0.269 3X+0.001 1X^2;油茶皂素75,100,125,175,225 mg·kg^(-1)等剂量组均能明显延长豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05或P<0.01),对咳嗽潜伏期影响的量-效关系方程为Y=27.167 9+0.416 9X-0.001 4X^2。结论油茶皂素镇咳量效为非线性关系,随着其剂量的改变,对枸橼酸所致豚鼠咳嗽效应指标的影响也呈波浪形变化。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the dose-effect relationship of antitussive effect of Camellia saponin. METHODS The influences of 9 dose groups of Camellia saponin on citric acid-induced cough in guinea pig was studyed,cough frequency and cough incubation period was recorded and analyzed by using biological information collection system. The antitussive dose-effect curve was drawn,and the dose-effect relationship equation of Camellia saponin was obtained by multiple linear regression. RESULTS Camellia saponin 75,100,175,200 mg·kg^-1 reduced the cough frequency of guinea pigs significantly( P〈0. 05),the dose-effect relationship equation of cough frequency was Y = 54.457 6-0.269 3 X + 0.001 1 X^2. The cough incubation period was significantly prolonged by 75,100,125,175 and 225 mg·kg^-1 dosages( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),the dose-effect relationship equation of cough incubation period was Y =27.167 9+0.416 9 X-0.001 4 X^2. CONCLUSION The dose-effect relationship of antitussive effects of Camellia saponin is non-linear.With the dose changing,indexes of effect on citric acid-induced cough in guinea pig change like a wave.
