摘要
目的探讨口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术患者气管切开术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析59例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术患者的临床资料。结合患者是否行气管切开术将其分为实验组(39例,应用气管切开术治疗)、对照组(20例,未应用气管切开术治疗)。对比两组患者的住院时间、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果实验组手术患者的住院时间[(15.65±3.45)d]相比对照组[(24.24±4.61)d]明显短(P〈0.05);实验组手术患者并发症发生率(5.13%)相比对照组(30.00%)明显低(P〈0.05);实验组手术患者躯体疼痛[(78.78±4.45)分]、生理机能[(80.79±5.48)分]、生理职能[(79.65±3.56)分]、一般健康状况[(78.36±4.45)分]、情感职能[(76.36±4.25)分]、生活活力[(78.36±2.65)分]、精神健康[(76.64±4.20)分]以及社会功能[(77.69±4.18)分]评分相比对照组明显高(P〈0.05)结论对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术患者实施气管切开术切实可行,效果明显。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of tracheotomy on patients with malignant tumor of oral and maxillofacial region.MethodsThe clinical data of 59 patients with oral maxillofacial malignant tumor were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether the patients underwent tracheotomy, they were divided into experimental group (39 cases, tracheotomy) and control group (20 cases, without tracheoto-my). The hospitalization time, the quality of life score and the incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.
ResultsThe hospitalization time of patients in experimental group[(15.65±3.45) d] was significantly shorter than that of the control group [(24.24±4.61) d, P〈0.05]; the incidence of complications in experimental group (5.13%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (30%, P〈0.05). The body pain [(78.78±4.45) score], physiological function [(80.79±5.48) score], physiological function [(79.65±3.56) score], general health [(78.36±4.45) score], emotional function [(76.36±4.25) score], vitality of life [(78.36±2.65) score], mental health [(76.64±4.20) score] and the social function [(77.69±4.18) score] were significantly higher in experimental group than those in the control group(P〈0.05).ConclusionsTracheotomy for patients with malignant tumor of oral and maxillofacial region is feasible and effective.
