摘要
自我国全面进入小康社会以来,人们在生活当中所关注的问题已经由衣食住行的优良变为生活环境好坏,在这一社会环境下,环境工程得到了高速发展,与此同时,所产生的矛盾是环境工程与高昂的工程造价之间的矛盾,环境工程的建设成本相对来说要比一般工程的成本要高,而环境工程又不得不去进行建造。在这种情况下,价值工程的出现很好的缓解了这一问题。
