摘要
目的探讨软组织修复及功能重建在四肢恶性骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的应用效果。方法选取四肢恶性骨肿瘤患者38例,均在接受肿瘤切除后,采用人工假体对骨缺损进行修复,同时接受软组织修复以及功能重建。治疗后随访6~35个月,评估治疗效果。结果治疗后,38例患者功能恢复优24例,良7例,中4例,差3例,优良率为81.58%。随访6~35个月,无一例患者出现术后感染、周围骨折、假体断裂及松动。结论软组织修复及功能重建可促进保肢患者肢体功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of soft tissue repairing and functional reconstruction in limb salvage operation on malignant bone tumor of extremities. Methods Thirty-eight patients with malignant bone tumor of extremities were selected and treated by soft tissue repairing and functional reconstruction together with individualized prosthesis replacement after tumor resection. All patients were followed up for 6 to 35 months,the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results After the operation,the functional recovery of 24 cases were excellent,7 cases were good,4 cases were fair and 3 cases were poor,the total excellent rate was 81. 58%. After following up for 6 to 35 months,there were for patients with postoperative infection,peripheral fractures,prosthetic rupture or loosening. Conclusions Soft tissue repairing and functional reconstruction can promote the recovery of limb function in limb salvage operation on malignant bone tumor of extremities,and it is worthy of clinical application.
