摘要
目的：基于数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退期（桥本病甲减期）用药规律。方法：在中国知网、维普网数据库检索桥本病甲减期相关文献，将符合纳入标准的文献数据录入Excel表格，采用频数分析、关联分析方法对用药规律进行研究。结果：研究共纳入复方24个，常用药物85味，性味以温、寒、甘、苦、辛为主，药物归经以脾经、肝经最多。关联分析提示中医治疗桥本病甲减期常用组合为黄芪-浙贝母、浙贝母-夏枯草、黄芪-夏枯草、黄芪．当归、白术-茯苓等。结论：临床医家对桥本病甲减期辨证论治以整体为主、局部为辅，用药以具有补益、化痰散结、理气、活血功用的药物为主。
Objective：To explore the medication rules for treating hashimoto thyroiditis（HT） in hypothyroidism period based on date mining by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods：CNKI and VIP database were used to collect the literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treating HT in hypothyroidism period. The database meeting the requirement was included into Excel table for date mining using frequency count and association rule to analyze regularity. Results：There were total 24 prescriptions and 85 kinds of common herbs. In these common herbs,the main properties and tastes include：warm,cold,sweet,bitters and pungent. The common channel tropisms of herbs are the liver and spleen channels. The common-used pairs of herbs in treating HT in hypothyroidism period are Huangqi （Astragali radix）-Zhebeimu （Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus）,Zhebeimu（Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus）-Xiakucao（Prunellae spica）,Huangqi（Astragali radix）- Xiakucao （Prunellae spiea）, Huangqi （Astragali radix） -Danggui （Angelicae sinensis radix ）, Baizhu （Atractylodis macroeephalae rhizoma）-Fuling（Poria）,etc. Conclusion：Physicians treating HT in hypothyroidism period mainly focused on the whole and assisted by the part by using herbs functioning as tonifying,resolving phlegm and dissipating mass,regulating qi and activating blood.
