绿色建筑全生命周期节能增量成本与增量效益分析评价 被引量:30

摘要 长期以来,由于缺乏对绿色建筑成本和效益的准确认识,开发商自主开发、消费者自主购买的积极性不高。以绿色节能建筑为主要对象,分析建筑全生命周期的增量成本和增量效益构成,构建其经济计算模型。基于价值工程理论对绿建节能进行综合评价,并运用实际案例进行实证分析,验证模型的可行性,以期为房地产开发商和消费者决策提供参考。 Due to the lack of accurate understanding for green building, developers and consumers are not enthusiastic about developing and purchasing for a long time. The paper takes green energy saving building as the main research object, analyzes the incremental costs and incremental benefits of the whole life cycle of buildings, establishes the economic calculation model, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of green building energy conservation based on value engineering theroy. Then, verifies the feasibility of the model through empirical analysis of real cases, in order to provide reference for realty participants to make rational decisions.
