摘要
早期企业管理在生产、管理两个方面提升效率。在生产方面采用分工模式,在管理方面则注重流程设置。这两种管理模式均比较有效,在传统工业时代创造了较好的业绩,促进了企业的发展。在当代,应从思维管理路径、技术管理路径、文化管理路径等几方面提高企业管理效率,达到社会效益与经济效益最大化。
In the past,enterprise management improved efficiency from two aspects,production and management,including the adoption of labor mode division in production and process settings in management. These two methods were both effective,creating preferable performance in traditional industrial era and bringing great development to the enterprises. Since the mid 80 s in last century,the United States has already begun to try the management of enterprise culture construction,which opened the new period that modern enterprises management began to change from efficiency improving to diversified development.
