摘要
为提高矿用电机车的调速性能,设计一种基于STM32的速度控制系统,即采用速度环与电流环的双闭环控制结构,以高性能微控制器STM32F103C8T6为控制核心,设计了基于IRS21867S的H桥式MOSFET驱动电路,通过采集电动机电枢端电流设计电流环的检测电路,又通过光电编码器微分后构成了系统速度反馈。该系统设计提高了稳定可靠性,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to improve the speed performance of the mine motor vehicle, a speed control system based on STM32 was designed. The double closed loop control structure of the speed loop and the current loop in this system was adopted, and the high performance micro controller STM32F103C8T6 was used as the control core. The H bridge type driving circuit MOSFET based on IRS21867S was designed. The detection circuit of the current loop was designed by collecting the current of the armature end of the motor, and the system speed feedback was formed by the differential of the photoelectric encoder. The design of the system improved the stability and reliability, and has certain practical value.
