摘要
设计了一种增设辅助风机和气-气板式换热单元的湿式冷却塔,采用实验和CFD数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了其除雾节水性能。结果表明:在相同流量比条件下,增设的气-气板式换热单元使水蒸气回收率呈上升趋势,当温差超过30K、流量比超过2.5时,水蒸气回收率可达40%以上,提高了环境空气与湿热空气的混合效果。通过对比相同条件下的实验结果与数值模拟结果,说明采用此数值计算模型来研究增设气-气板式换热单元冷却塔的除雾节水性能具有可靠性和预测性。
Designs a wet cooling tower with an auxiliary fan and an air-air plate heat exchanger. Using the method of experimental study and numerical simulation, discusses the demisting and water saving performances. The results show that the air-air plate heat exchanger can help to increase the recovery of the water vapor at the same flow ratio. The recovery of water vapor can be up to 40% while the temperature difference is beyond 30 ℃ and the flow ratio is over 2.5, which improves the mixed effect of the ambient air and the hot humid air. Compares the experimental results with the numerical simulation results under the same working conditions, and the numerical model is reliable and predictable to investigate the demisting and water saving performances.
