摘要
某场馆为主体二层及地下一层的钢框架结构,钢结构主要分布在大跨度环形桁架地上结构中,环桁架直径为76 m。内外桁架吊装采用分区域吊装等技术措施,降低了施工难度,提高了安装效率,确保了侧向稳定性。钢梁安装时用全站仪进行定位,保证了桁架的安装精度。
A stadium is composed of two-storey main structure and one-floor steel frame structure basement. The steel structure was mainly distributed on the overground wide-span hoop truss structure whose diameter is 76m. In-segment lifting measure was adopted for lifting of inner and outer truss, to successfully reduce the construction difficulty, improve installation efficiency and ensure the lateral stability. Total-station meter was used for positioning during steel beam installation, realizing high installation accuracy of truss.
