摘要
为了保证使用三辊轴摊铺机进行水泥混凝土铺筑时的施工质量和平整度,将通用的三辊轴摊铺机和排式振捣机组合,形成一种新型的排式振捣三辊轴水泥混凝土摊铺整平一体机,并通过改进其施工工艺,极大地提高了水泥混凝土摊铺、振捣、整平作业的施工效率。结果表明,排式振捣三辊轴水泥混凝土摊铺整平一体机可以有效提高施工质量和效率,节约大量的经济成本,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to ensure the construction quality and smoothness of cement concrete paving using the three-roll paver, a new type of all in-one three-roll concrete paver was formed by combining the common three-roll concrete paver with the row-type concrete vibrator. The construction technology was improved, making the paver much more efficient during paving, vibrating and finishing. Application shows that the all-in-one three-roll concrete paver not only improves the construction quality and efficiency, but also brings down the cost, which guarantees it a promising prospect.
