摘要
立足于工程机械散热器替换维修时的科学性、高效和成本节约等方面,采用分析比较和计算校核的方法,在介绍散热器的作用、构造和分类的基础上,比较90t级挖掘机原装液压油散热器和散热器加工厂替换方案,核算和比较散热器的流通能力和散热面积,分析散热器的导热性,指出散热器的选型原则和液压油散热器的要求,进而对散热器的优劣进行比选,最终确定替代散热器的方案。
Considering the scientific, efficient and economic replacement of radiator of construction machinery, a comparison on the original radiator for a 90 t excavator and the one manufactured by a third party was conducted based on the checking calculation and the knowledge of the role, structure and classification of the radiator. The radiator's flow capacity and cooling area were checked and compared. The thermal conductivity of the radiator was analyzed. The selection principle and requirements were pointed out, which help to determine the radiator replacement program for construction machinery.
